The story

In run-sheet order, with the time each step starts.

All donors

Every persona on both sites. Each button opens that donor in its own tab; clicking again reuses it.

Staff updates

Log what the pantry just did. Open donor tabs update within about 6 seconds.

Milestone email

Goes only to the demo inbox. It also sends by itself when Mira's estimate crosses about 25 meals.

Reset

Before and after each run: restores every donor and pre-writes their stories (about 15 s).
